Original 1984 US CRC(Columbia Record Club/Columbia House) release without a Bar Code and pressed at the Columbia Records Carrollton pressing plant.

Although the label matrix contains "SP" which normally would indicate a Specialty Records pressing, the Columbia House pressings were usually done by a Columbia pressing plant (evinced in the runout matrices) using an SP (Specialty) or AR (Allied) label.
